How to value your property
- Visit the HM Land Registry website to get started
- Fill in the Postcode field on the form
- Click the Show Results button
- Look through the Search Results and you will see what prices houses in your area have last sold for. Look for recently sold houses for a better estimate
- If you have recently carried out any home improvements to your property you can easily add the cost of this to your valuation.
